Continue reading »]]> The 6th Annual *Boston Qualifier* Wabash Trace Nature Trail Marathon, 1/2 Marathon, Marathon Relay will be held September 9th, 2017 on the scenic Wabash Trace Nature Trail.  The Full Marathon and Marathon Relay start in Malvern and go to Shenandoah, the 1/2 Marathon starts in Imogene and goes to Shenandoah.  More information available on the registration form!

Continue reading »]]> We are starting to get things organized for St. Patrick’s Celebration 2012…This year St. Patrick’s Day (March 17th) falls on a Saturday, so the festivities will begin the Thursday before and carry on until Sunday after.  The theme for the parade this year is “Homecoming - 2012″ – in honor of the group making the trip to the Homeland of Ireland this Summer, and the people that return home to Imogene every year for this celebration.  A tentative schedule of events is below:

Thursday, March 15th – Painting of the Shamrock, Fingernail Painting

Friday, March 16th – Lenten Fish Fry, Crowning of the King & Queen, Gong Show

Saturday, March 17th – Corned Beef & Cabbage, Little Leprechaun Contest, Bicycle Decorating Contest, Snake Throwing Contest, Face Painting, Parade (3:00 – contact James or Melonie Doyle for entries), Bobbing for Potatoes, Dying the Creek Green, Shamrock Races, Jig Contest, Live Music by Pog Mo Thon from 7 to 11 PM

Sunday, March 18th – Blarney Bowl

Monday, March 19th - Closed
