All-You-Can-Eat Lenten Fish Fry Beginning Friday, February 24th
Friday, February 24th will be the First Lenten Fish Fry…This year we will again be doing All-You-Can-Eat Cod, Pollock, Potatoes, and Cole Slaw for $10. We will also have other dinner specials of Ribeyes, New York Strips, Marinated Butterfly Porkchops, and more! Prime Rib night will switch to Saturdays for the duration of Lent.

Snow Softball – Sunday, February 19th
The 3rd Annual Snow Softball Game will be Sunday, February 19th with another showdown between Little Waite Lanes and The Emerald Islers. The game will happen, snow or no snow, at the Imogene Softball Diamond at 1:00 PM.

Depot Chili Bowl – Sunday, February 12th
The Depot’s Annual Chili Bowl will be held on Sunday, February 12th this year, at the Depot Deli in Shenandoah. Judging will begin at 2 PM, with awards being given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in both “Hot” and “Mild” Divisions, as well as 1st Place Overall, Runner-Up Overall, and Most Unique. There is no entry fee for the event, and after the judging you can sample the best Chili in Southwest Iowa! Come in for this breakfast fundraiser and make it an all-day event …
Chris Cakes – (Steve Hamilton) has graciously offered to put on a Pancake breakfast as a fund raiser for Deb and Mike Michel who lost their home and all their belongings to a fire. It will be in the back room of the Depot on Sunday, February 12th, 8am to 11am.
